Jambalaya

Let me start off by saying. I am not from Louisiana. I am from South Carolina. This is my version of Jambalaya and I am positive it’s a hybrid recipe of all things yummy inside this dish. Normally this dish for me was whatever my mom had in the refrigerator and we always had canned tomatoes (hardcore Italians). After years of watching my mom create this dish differently every time, I created my own version.
